I Dig Zambia was a pilot project in digital learning co-organized by Global Kids, The Field Museum Geology Department, and the EOL Biodiversity Synthesis Center. IDZ was designed to push the envelope of digital learning, with teens participating in 2 cities via Teen Second Life, taught by facilitators and by a team of paleontologists excavating fossils in Zambia.
